Our Mission.

Building bridges into and across the community.

We are a growing grassroots effort currently serving Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and surrounding cities in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Mosaic Community Development (MCD) was born out of the efforts already in motion at Mosaic Church – their desire to take community engagement to the next level in loving service. This is where our volunteers live, work, study, shop, socialize and play.

Mosaic Church is all about Jesus--multiplying passionate pursuers of Jesus Christ.  That's the first half of the church's mission.  But the mission doesn't end there.  We believe that passionate pursuers of Jesus naturally engage the world with His love.  Mosaic Community Development is all about the second half.

Why do we do it?

We love Jesus. Jesus loves people. So we love people too.
