MO’ Box

MO’ Boxes contain 15 items that is the equivalent of 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 snacks. We send boxes home with students on Fridays to help cover food over the weekend.

  • We distributed 7368 MO’ Boxes during the 2025-26 school year.

  • We provided 600 students across 5 schools in Ypsilanti with MO’ Boxes.

    We regularly distributed boxes to 3 schools throughout the year and began pilot programs at 2 additional schools.

  • We hosted 13 packing events between October 2025 and May 2026, partnering with 5 different organizations to make these events happen. Each event lasts about 2 hours, and we’ll pack anywhere from 500 - 800 boxes during that time.
